We want to focus on the fact the HOMES program requires an Energy Audit, for which we are uniquely qualified to perform. I think we should create our own audit services page explaining our unique benefits. This will take some time. 

 

The income page should be place holder, as these programs come and go and there are a half dozen running concurrently right now, so I am not sure how to sort them...

 

We can also offer financing through utilities: Inland Power and Avista both offer financing.
