Introducing the PUD’s HOPE Program – An Income Qualified Energy Efficiency Initiative
What It Is
The HOPE Program (Helping Out Pend Oreille with Efficiency) is an income-qualified weatherization initiative designed to assist customers who need support. If you are a Pend Oreille PUD customer who meets income eligibility requirements and have a home that may benefit from weatherization improvements, this program may be right for you.
Eligibility is limited to existing single-family and manufactured homes within Pend Oreille PUD’s service area that are electrically heated and meet qualification criteria.

Gain Access To 100% Rebates
Participants in the program can gain access to rebates for various weatherization projects.
